HAIR INSPIRATION - WHAT TO DO?


Tomorrow I have an appointment at Rob Peetoom, one of my favorite hair salons. Ever since I changed from being a blonde to being a brunette I have been a regular customer. I always really enjoy my time at the salon; someone fidgeting with my hair, reading some magazines, sipping on a cappuchino. Just a little me-time. The only thing I always find difficult is figure out what I want with my look. Since I went from light to dark it is difficult to change things up without totally destroying my hair. Luckily I'm still very pleased with being a brunette, so I don't see myself going back to blonde any time soon. Maybe just a few highlights here and there? Or not... I don't know yet.

BOOBYLICIOUS

Little lace bra's, little cotton triangle bra's, white, black, striped, I love them all! These bralets are perfect for wearing underneath low-cut tops. Peek-a-booing some cuteness. The only thing is that small boobies are almost a musthave if you want to wear wireless bra's like these. I guess I could say that is one of the perks of being small breasted!

SUMMER VIBIN'

Yup, I think we could say summer is finally making its entrance. I have worn my Levis shorts already (outfit post coming up!), I have sat on my friends balcony while eating some munchies and drinking wine, I have had moments where I secretly thought sh*t I really have to get used to these sweaty temperatures again, and my mood has improved A LOT (I can be really grumpy when it comes to cold, rainy weather).
This summer my parents have rented a house with pool in France and my friend and I are going to Ibiza to stir things up there. Can't wait for both trips! Of course planning holiday trips is one of the things that makes me question my wardrobe most and an urge to start shopping NOW is definitely present at the moment. I would say the perfect wardrobe is a mix of basic tops (some sleeveless tops as well as some loose fit T-shirts), some sleeveless vests to throw over your tops, cut-off denim shorts, some printed kimonos and don't forget a few dresses. Now the mixing and matching can start. Vests like the beige, fringed one in this post (love this cute piece!) can not only be thrown over tops but are also a good asset to pimp up a dress. Top an outfit off with necklaces and big rings and you're ready for summer!

One of the best (and cheapest) ways of spending time is entering www.stylesaint.com in your internet address bar, hitting enter and being introduced into the world of fashion inspiration. StyleSaint is definitely on my hitlist when it comes to filling my head with newborn inspiration! Warning: once you have found your way around this website, you will not be able to keep your eyes off of your Macbook Pro screen (or Toshiba, Dell, whatever suits you best of course). Get your camping gear out - snuggy, food resources, a can of diet coke and possibly a tooth brush in case it gets late - sit back and let the visuals do their work.
